BEL Recruitment 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must fulfill the following educational qualification respect to the post they want to apply.
Visiting Medical Officer:
Candidates must possess the MBBS with minimum relevant post qualification experience of 5 years to apply for this post.
B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering course from a reputed Institute/University with minimum 03-06 months of relevant industrial post qualification experience.
Trainee Engineer-II :
BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication or MCA.
Trainee Officer (Finance)-I:
Two years MBA in Finance from reputed University/ Institution with minimum 06 Months of relevant industrial post qualification experience.
B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering course from a reputed Institute/University with minimum 02 years of relevant industrial post qualification experience.
Project Officer (HR):
Two years in MBA/MSW in HR/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma in Human Resource Management with minimum 02 years of relevant industrial post qualification experience
BEL Recruitment Pay Scale:
Selected candidates may get a salary of Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- as respect to the job they will be selected for.
BEL Recruitment Selection Process:
Applicants will be selected through the Interview process. The shortlist for the interview will be based on the merit list of percentage obtained in BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg or other educational phase and work experience. Shortlisted candidates are allowed to attend the interview. 75% of the total marks will be allotted for aggregate marks scored in board marks and 10% of marks will be allotted for relevant work experience. The remaining 15% of the marks will be allotted for the Interview. After this process, candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list.
BEL Recruitment Application Fee:
